1. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
A contract is only concluded when we confirm your order by email.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes, where required by law.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
The purchase price is due immediately after order confirmation.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The delivery times specified are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country.

4. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of SculpGlatt™ until full payment has been received.

5. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
The conditions for returns and refunds are set out in the returns policy.

6. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.
SculpGlatt™ is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
In cases of slight negligence, SculpGlatt™ shall only be liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Use of the product

Our products are intended for cosmetic and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Use is at your own risk.
People with health problems should consult a doctor before use.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
